2013 Panamera GTS (970.1) PDK Parking Gear & Shifting Issues - Need Help

Hey all, I’ve got a couple of transmission issues with my 2013 Porsche Panamera GTS (970.1, 7-speed PDK, AWD) that I bought a month ago, and I’d appreciate your input. Here’s the rundown:
  • Issues:
    1. The parking gear doesn’t hold the car, even on flat ground, I have to use the electronic parking brake to secure it. I’m not sure if this started before or after I changed the transmission fluid, or even before I bought the car. As a former manual gear owner, I habitually use the handbrake when stopping, so I didn’t notice this during the test drive. Going back to the seller isn’t an option, so I’m on my own here.
    2. After the fluid change, downshifting to 3rd gear while slowing down has become very harsh, shaking the car. No check engine light or codes (checked with a friend’s Autel scanner).
  • Car Details: 12 years old, ~155,000 km, located in Saudi Arabia (hot climate, 40–50°C).
I’m expecting my Chinese PIWIS 3 to arrive soon, should I attempt a PDK calibration with PIWIS 3, or is there a risk of making things worse. Thanks for any advice

jzchen is infamous around these parts
What specific fluid did you use? Maybe debris/dirt accidentally got in, regarding the shifting. Did you make sure the correct amount of fluid went back in?
