I live in Weston, Fl. and there were sheets of rain with 70mph winds Friday and Saturday morning.

Any pics of the event?

Lets reschedule another get together

Hey Luis... what did you bring up?

I was talking to Noel and a couple of other people about having a lunch gtg out over at Seista Key next saturday. Just thinking of meeting up at the dealership and driving down there.

Would make for a really nice day as long as the tropics are silent for once.

Hey,
I was there in my Land Rover Discovery. Rain/wind was pretty bad leaving Clearwater/st.pete and I decided to leave the Pcar at home. I talked with Noel for a bit about doing this more often as well. If the weather looks good, I am down for next Saturday.

Morning,
nice to read all the good pub. about our hurricane fest.
Luis, was nice to meet you. We cahtted about a get together this weekend? The dealership is a little burnt out from this past weekend ($$$) However, if there is enough who are willing to make the drive, we can do a Beach piknik, (unfortunately suncoast may not be able to sponsor event{$}) But if there is still an interest, bring your own food and such, i will post on all the forums.

thanks again
Noel

It would be great to organize a drive and go somewhere for lunch in between drives. I am not familiar with the area. Are there any cool places to eat that will save some spots in their parking lot for us?

cool places? well .. im not sure how cool hooters is...
nice parking lot aswell. after some carefull thought, there are a large number of restraunts here, most of them geared towards the...much older crowd. Take your pick: Carrabas, Outback, Chillis, Applebees, Salty Dog or beach club (siesta Key) depending on the interest we would have to call ahead.
