I'm proud to announce the Scottsdale Exotic Car Club's 1st Drivers' Education Event on Sunday, March 26 at Firebird Raceway in Chandler. This event will be held from 8am - 4pm. The track we are running on is Firebird Main Roadcourse. This track has a very long straightaway that will allow you to really open your vehicle up!
When my car was a Stage 4, I got up to 155 on the straights.

I'd like to thank everyone who participated in Sunday's Drivers' Education Event. The event was a great success!!!.We had a great turnout and great weather to boot! It seems that everybody got a lot of track time as well as, an opporunity to meet fellow auto enthusiasts. The staff at Firebird did a wonderful job of prepping the track and preparing the facility for us. The corner workers were excellent and friendly and the rescue workers were not needed, as there were no incidents!
I would like to give a special thank you to our staff and instructors. Our instructors for the day were Neil Nash, Jon Firpach, Ken Steele, Todd Zuccone, Steve Ledner and Joe and the crew from Dynocomp. Our track coordinators were Marcus Johnson and Richard Garcia. I would also like to especially thank my lovely wife, Rachel, without whom, the track day would have never happened.
