Anyone up for another Bay Area Run? [vids inside]
Anyone up for another Bay Area Run? [vids inside]
How about, say... the 21st of this month? Same meeting point as last time, Vista Point, but maybe a bit earlier this time, 7am? And maybe this time the Carrera GT or either of the RS's (Paul or Fred) can lead us, so i can really see what these Motons are made of! O' and if anyone has VRAlexander's contact info can you pass this along to him? I know we'd all appreciate seeing that monster of a GT again!
Here are a couple vids from the last run. Sorry about the quality and silly comments. It was shot with a point and shoot Sony Cybershot or something like that. If nothing else close your eyes and just listen. Glad to meet all of you. Sorry that i couldnt get any footage of those who were behind me...
Enjoy!

And I'll be RIGHT behind you. :P
You also have to realize those roads are EXTREMLY popular with cyclists, and they are often right in the blind part of a curve. It's a fine balance of going fast enough to have fun, but not put ourselves (and others) in danger.
To TRUELY find out what your motons can do you'll need to goto the track.
Thanks for the vids, they were cool! Can't wait for the next one, Im free on the 21st and earlier is definitely better.
