Good luck with the RS.
Yes Steve has become annoying and a post ***** to boot, he seems to want to draw attention to himself there was one day this guy posted about every idiotic thing under the sun. Then again you dont like it change the channel

I've never dealt with MMC but they have some of the most crack smoking prices I have ever seen.

As others have noted, isn't the point of being a sponsor here to provide fair deals to a knowledgable, for the most part, group of car guys? If you're looking to bend some rich guy over, then go advertise in the Journal or Times.

JMHO, of course

Yes, Marc you are spot on, I have no problem buying a car below msrp.....nor above if that's the market. What I don't like screwing a guy with a deposit/spot or rubbing our noses in it when you get way over msrp....whatever.

To be honest, I've seen FAR MORE customers in Porsche dealerships act like the dirt bags you guys are calling the dealer sales reps.

So basically let's stick to the situation at hand and that is "Was the car for sale, Rich's allocation". So far Rich has not proved it was, and MMC has said it wasn't - so lets end the 5th grade lynchmob.
Ahhh the voice of reason.

+1

Hopefully the dealership will learn from this and appoint someone to handle this more responsibly. Seems no one has learned from the brandywine mistakes!

Still no one can seem to prove either way if this was or was not Rich's allocation car.

If I was a dealer there is no way I would be trying to offer way over MSRP cars to a small group of savvy Porsche guys, I'd save that for the walk in's who don't know the market and need the latest and great "must have" car.

Thats not business thats ****ing your customers in the *** so someone who can throw away 75k in one year can have something they wont appreciate.
just my opinion. Thats just wrong on so many levels of customer service. basically breaching contracts to breach something else
That's the issue: it's not business. And for the emotional idiots who argue that they aren't an idiot for paying over MSRP, rest assured that everyone knows you're an idiot. Just admit it; it will feel alot better. This topic truly disgusts me because it reminds me how deplorable human nature is. That we can justify paying 60K over MSRP (on a separate note who the F is that authority that states that MSRP is accurate) shows me how dumb we truly are. The sad part is that the morons who pay over MSRP actually make alot of money.

Just dont buy the guys cars which will make his sponsorship here pointless and then he'll go away, I have to agree that since no proof has been given there is no need to continue with the situation. If there was nothing in writing then you have nothing, that's the cardinal rule of going to any dealership, GET IT IN WRITING!

That being said, I'm sure MMC will not be getting as much profit from this board as they would have been now that this has surfaced and yes we should be able to expect more from our forum vendors. But someone at least provide some concrete evidence for the bashing, so we can all join in.

There is nothing you know about me, nor is there anything you know more than me. The class you missed is the one where you're able to apply logic and reasoning to all situations. Why the F is it end of discussion when you decide? Too much AZ sun for you.

Until Rich or MMC can prove or dis-prove what is being said here there is no reason to continue this bash-fest guys, thread close till someone can PM proof that Rich or Steve has been wronged, until then get out and drive your cars and have fun.
