Is the logic of the factory ECU to control torque / fuel / ignition / etc the same for 991 TS vs 997.2?

Does anyone have the Cobb Tuning guide for the 991.1 Turbo/TS where it goes over the mechanical configuration of the vehicle, basic tables etc? Is that info public or is that just for protuners?
