Looks like a satin grey wrap over silver paint with a replacement rear bumper.
Or something like that.
My guess is they had some rear bumper/quarter panel damage that has been repaired and haven't had time to get it re-wrapped.

As stated above, it is most likely one of those that is keeping a chasis from being parted out completely. I applaud them if this is the case, as it could be one good paint job away from being a really clean car.
