This thread is not about the DRM setup.

DRM:
DRM Series spacers bolt to the hub with existing wheel studs and special nuts (included). Wheel is bolted to new DRM wheel studs.
This eBay spacers are regular spacers similar to the DR series from H&R
DR:
DR Series spacers fit between the wheel and hub, and require longer wheel bolts (ordered separately). Please verify bolt specifics before ordering (taper or round bolt head and shaft length).
The 11mm 2265681CR H&R spacers come with extended thread design nuts.

The eBay spacer came without lug Nuts and the OEM nuts would not cover enough thread of the stud to be save.

Supraholic found extended thread lug nuts what will fit the 15mm eBay spacers.

However the eBay spacers drill out for the studs are not big enough to clear the studs.

So rather than spacers can't you just get custom offset wheels? I'd think if someone were getting new wheels that would make sense. I see if you want to keep your current set spacers are obviously the way to go. I like how mine are snug up against the calipers and with spacers you'd be losing a bit of that.
Of course new rims with the proper offset would be ideal; however cost is probably the deciding factor. As far as the spacer comprising the rim to hub marriage, I would agree if they were "spacers"
A spacer is just that. It bolts between the rim and hub and the weight of the car to the rim is borne by the wheel studs. I would never run a spacer on any car where the load-bearing resides on the hub and not the studs.
However In looking at the photographs, they are actually "Hubcentric adapters". That is the adapter is hub-centric to the hub, and when properly installed the weight of the car is borne by the hub (lip on the adapter) not the studs.
I would have no problems installing these.

I purchased a 2 sets of 20mm spacers from the OP's ebay vendor as well as the same lugs. I got roughly 7.5 turns on my V8V with Sport Pack wheels on the 4 corners. I think this is very close to OE due to this neat lug nut design...within a few mm. I feel safe about it and love the look. Now I just need coilovers which most likely will result in new wheels. Maybe next year.
