The cores are Bell and the end tanks where hand made by Lowell Foo of Racing Greed. He is one of the best welders/fabricators I know of. His welding is amazing and he has worked on many of my cars over the years.

Kinda confused. The ad says 4.5" intercoolers with 4" bell cores. So are these 4" intercoolers and not 4.5"? Not trying to be smart about it I just don't get it.
