Engine HP based on 15% drivetrain loss:
7 psi = 750 hp, 810 torque (91 pump gas)
11 psi = 930 hp, 964 torque (91 pump gas)
15 psi = 1070 hp, 1020 torque (100 octane)
With only 11 psi, and an easy launch (1.70 sixty) car has gone 10.5 at 138. Car is capable of low 10's on the same boost level, or it should be in the high 9's at 15 lbs of boost.
Due to the current market/economy, I will consider trading cars, but only for a 996 TT with similar value. I am also willing to put up some cash to trade for a Nissan GTR, or a 997 TT.

Thanks guys! Just lowered the price, car is currently on Ebay:

willow1308 - received a few offers, but not where it needs to be, and I'd rather keep the car than give it away. Car is pretty fast, it makes plenty of power, more than enough for street use. I actually drive around town with the boost controller off (7 psi wastegate spring).
01blacks4 - better to list engine HP or magazine/brochure HP, since most people don't know what "rear wheel" horsepower is. The rear wheel HP numbers are on the dyno video.
7 psi = 637 rwhp, 688 rwtorque (91 octane)
11 psi = 790 rwhp, 819 rwtorque (91 octane)
15 psi = 909 rwhp, 867 rwtorque (100 octane)
Even at a conservative 12% drivetrain loss, car still makes about 1032 engine HP.
bga23 - never really log'd mpg... Car drives like a stock Viper though around town, until it makes boost.
