2001 996TT, 19k miles, Arctic Silver, Perfect!

Year: 2001
Make: Porsche
Model: 911
Price: $47000
Mileage: 19600
Color: Arctic Silver
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): TX
Transmission: Manual
Drivetrain: 4WD & AWD

I am selling my 2001 996TT to buy a lakehouse while the getting is good. Here's my car:

2001 996TT
Arctic Silver/Black full leather interior
19,xxx miles
6 speed
Lightly optioned from the factory
CD player
No warranty
$47,000

Bone stock, except for:

PSS9s
OEM 996 short shift kit w/Tequipment shift ****
Wheel spacers
Tinted window
Clear side markers

No mods or engine/tranny/exhaust work.

I got the car late last year as a 40th birthday present from my wife. I bought it from a local owner and have all the dealer service records going back to 3000 miles. I am the 3rd owner (although I could be the 4th - I was told the 1st owner retitled from business to personal, but that could be wrong). Regardless, the car has spent it's entire life in Texas, serviced at Boardwalk Porsche by the prior owners and at RUF by me.

I had the PPI done at RUF in December and it passed with flying colors. There were 3 notations:

1. Worn tires - I replaced all 4 with Sumitomo HTR ZIIIs within the last 500 miles and also had a 4 wheel alignment done by RUF at the time of the tire install

2. Scraped bottom of the front lip - that's what it is there for and it isn't bad, so I didn't do anything about that

3. Possible clutch slave leak - turned out to be an overfilled reservoir and no further issues. Accumulator was replaced by Boardwalk Porsche already

I had overrevs tested also - 356 of the non-harmful ones (Stage 1?) and 0 of the harmful ones (Stage 2?). In other words - this car has basically been babied it's entire life, with no missed downshifts ever. (I could have the Stage 1/Stage 2 overrevs backward - no bad ones, though). Brakes are at 90%.

No issues with rear spoiler malfunction/coolant tank leak/2nd gear popout at all.

RUF verified the clean Carfax and found zero paintwork or accident damage anywhere on the car. The paint is in very good shape, with only 1 small ding above the driver's rear tire. I haven't messed with it because it is a double-walled area and I don't want to make it worse. An accomplished PDR guy might be able to take care of it.

I am not looking for any trades/partial trades/financing/interesting swaps (not even for screen legend Anthony Quinn's wifebeater t-shirt)/offers from Nigerian princes.

I have the clean title in my hands, and I live very close to both DFW airport and Love Field, so you can fly in and drive your new Porsche home with ease.

I am happy to supply my PPI from December at RUF, and of course any serious buyer is welcome to perform their own PPI at their cost. This is my 3rd 911 and I am a member of the PCA, so I go to a decent number of events and people are always amazed that this is a 2001.

I am not a desperate seller - I am firm on my price and feel it is market correct based on condition and miles. Please let me know if you have any questions - I will post more pics in the morning when my camera battery recharges.

Thanks for looking!

Thanks. I'm ready for the deluge of buyers who are always posting that they can't find any low mileage stock cars. Where's everyone with cash hiding?

Thanks Cole - appreciate the support.

Here are the option codes - remember, it's very lightly optioned.

C02
059

It has full leather, and I'm pretty sure these are xenons (litronics?)

Anyway, sorry if I'm posting the codes wrong. There isn't a heck of a lot of numbers on the sticker under the bonnet.

Let me know if there are any more questions - car is running perfect.
