I'm not sure what you mean by "this kind of economy" but I see cars selling for record prices every day now, and while some are considered "rare" it has allowed for stability in the exotic used market, at least for quality cars like yours. In my opinion your car is the resale dream when it comes to the 360. It's a last production year, true manual, resale red/tan with daytona's and modulars that looks to be unmolested and very well cared for with under 7K miles, so I wouldn't have let it go for less than the original ask. The one caveat in all of this being that I'm not you and therefore am not in your shoes as it relates to how badly you do/don't need the sale. It's just a damn nice car with some desirable qualities and you're selling a convertible into the summer.
One thing to consider is the marketing effort, I've only seen this car advertised on this forum but there is a forum specific to the marquee and I see these types of cars disappear over there pretty darn fast. Another way to go is the dreaded eBay, I know it's a bit of a hassle but it gets the most eyes on your car for the least amount of money. I've sold 4 higher end cars (3 Ferrari's) because of eBay, not through, but because. Then there are the conventional sites like autotrader, cars.com, etc. if you feel like duplicating the effort.
