While G Wagons seemed somewhat large and beastly before, the limited edition G550 4x4 squared takes this up another 2 notches by adding factory portal axles and wide body. The G 550 4x4^2 is wider by 10 inches than a standard G Wagon and has carbon fiber fender flares that showcase this.

To be clear, this vehicle is all OEM. This is not an aftermarket conversion.

There was a G500 4x4^2 for the European market last year.

The G550 4x4^2 is for the North American market. There is no G63 or G65 version of this car. This is considered an AMG car though by the dealerships. This will only be a one year production vehicle.

Next year there will be a G650 Landaulet which is an open top 4x4^2 in Maybach trim.

Not sure where you are getting this from. They do not make a 4x4 squared in either a G63 or G65.
