Hey guys,
If you are looking for a sorted/turn-key OEM+ E90M3, this is the car for you. All of the owners (including myself) have been exceptionally fastidious, and the results speak for themselves.
The story:
I bought this car from a fellow member (second owner) in August, when I still lived in the Southeast and could feasibly drive the car my 10 mile commute all year round. I have since moved to the Midwest and have a 35 mile commute. Needless to say, the car is in the garage for the winter (refuse to expose it to road salt). I have 5 cars now, as I was forced to buy a winter beater to supplement this. Trying to downsize from 5 to 4.
The car:
I am the third owner, first owner had it for ~3 years (Florida), second owner had it for ~6 (Texas). The car has not bounced between multiple owners, and it shows. There is one minor accident on history from the beginning of owner # 2's time with the car. He was driving the car from Florida to Texas and a truck rolled back into the car, requiring minor repairs with OEM parts (hood, headlight, etc.). I have photos of the damage, the insurance documentation, etc. The car comes with a binder full of receipts from previous owners with the addition of what I have done to it.
The car is effectively an 09+ (LCI) in every way except for the clutch assembly. It has BE rod bearings + ARP/BE rod bolts, the best possible solution for the factory rod bearing issue. It has had every failure mode addressed in a preventative manner, meaning it can be driven for years to come without any issue. This car would be perfect for a supercharger. I searched for a car of this caliber for well over a year and moved quickly on it once it went for sale. I also debadged the trunk (removed the worn M3 logo), so I apologize as the rear photo is slightly out of date.
I have added the autocheck and BMW Decoder options in the attachments. Please do not hesitate to ask me any questions about the car, though my ownership has been relatively short I have tried to capture all of the details accurately. I am happy to provide detailed photos of the small imperfections to any interested parties, as well as the documentation regarding the accident/damage.
