I keep getting emails sent to me whenever someone replies in a thread ive posted in.
I am not setup in the options for email notification, nor have I ever been. But it keeps sending me the emails. I have tried to fix it, but I dont know whats up.
Please help! My email box blows up everyday, I cant keep this up.

Dammit, im married now...so im fresh out of **** for Jimbo! MTK will have to remain his main source...
I pm'd Cobra, hope he can help. My work email and blackberry need the rest!
Also, this started happening only a couple months ago when the changes were made to the site. I wonder how many others have this same issue..?

Go to "User CP'' at the top, then "Edit Options" on the side bar, then under the second sub area named "Messaging and Notifications" there will be a section called "Default Thread Subscription Mode." That's where you can change the notification/subscription settings.

MKell, thanks for the info.
I should have mentioned that I already tried this....to no avail. I never even had it set to email notification...they just started showing up. My box isnt checked either.
I set and reset it again to "no email" but it keeps sending them! rrrrrrrr

Unfortunately it's a "known" issue
What happened is, when we upgraded to the new version of VB a few months back.. some of the customized templates didn't fully convert over to the new version of Vbulletin.
I've been fixing the templates one by one, but there are 15 templates still needing to be updated.
I've been tied up with getting the new server set up and the site moved over.
once all that settles down, I'll fix the remaining templates.
