Stuck in Palms Springs for a Week.

Guys I am stuck out here in well old person land, or the second layer of hell, for a conference. Every year its the same thing, so besides shopping for mid century modern furniture and swimming laps in the pool is there anything cool or fun to do here.

I got a top floor room at the Hyatt so I can at least poach the free wifi from the shops below this year. Last year I got stuck in a 100 sqf room next to the kiddy pool because I got my room way to late, in the backwaters

I already went and looked at the Bentley dealership, and man there area ton of GTC's around town here. I have to entertain a client only one night and I hope to find a good steakhouse.

Do you have a sports car? Go hit up highway 74. Casino Morango and Casino Agua Caliente are fun.

Could not bring my clubs or I would be doing that. My wife drove up and is going to spend some time with me going out to eat at night and just relaxing over the weekend before work picks up.

I have been staring at multi variable non-linear regression data/formula's all day and my eyes are staring to glaze over.

Go to the Morongo Casino.

Yes, they really did name it Moron-Go.

For a steakhouse I would recommend the Chop House. I ate there a few years ago when Porsche did their 987 Boxster training and it was excellent.

Rent clubs. Every course has them.
