I tried searching but all of the threads are a couple years old. I'm hoping someone can get me in contact with a great attorney!

I received a ticket for 125mph even though I was not going that fast. The LA Airport motorcycle cop was way behind me and probably had to go that fast to catch up to me.

I was on the 605N in the carpool lane driving through Whittier.

I had always heard that over 100 you get arrested? Or did he just write you a regular ticket? Probably no traffic school for that one. You may need to go down to the court before your hearing date and observe some of the other hearings - looking for an attorney who seems to know what he is doing

Well, I'm sure you were going way past the speed limit which is why you got tagged. So you have to fess up someday when you do play.

Whenever I get a ticket, I just think of all those times I didn't and probably should have.

Any case, hope it all works out.

 

ok get an extension on the ticket,

1) trial by deceleration and get as many extensions as possible until you have council represent you.

2) do every thing you can to get this lowered as far as speed goes since traffic school is only allowed for 20mph over the posted, this isn't something you want on your record.
