Just finished up the HSR 4-day event at Hutchinson. Track is dirty, so expect a lot of sand blasting. ZERO infrastructure (porta jons only). Bring portable A/C units and/or LOTS of fans (110 in the shade).
Otherwise, it's a fun little track. Surprisingly fast in places. Mostly left-hand turns. A few late-apex throw-aways. Pretty straight forward. Worst part is there are some unsettling spots on the track (mainly braking into 3 and 8...will catch you if you're not careful and pull you to the right). Also a crested roadway exiting 8. Not a lot of run off, and a LOT of concrete barriers (not the jersey variety).
Anyway, worth doing. Porsche Parade will be there in 2011 as will the Ferrari Club of America's annual meet.
