What good are Jammers if the police dont have to show you the gun?

 

The idea behind the blinder is that they can't get a reading, and then you are alerted and can slow down, turn it off and let them get the reading. I guess in your case it wouldn't have helped since he said you were going much faster than you really were...there is nothing to help you from a dishonest officer, only hope that the judge will let you slide.

 

I have been taking the NB Lebennon exit since they opened the extension, I have never seen them there.... UNTIL the day you posted this!

I think your pretty much up the creek....most counties the Cops do not have to show you! And if you fight it in court you will be wasting your time...not only that but if you plead not guilty and lose you will NOT be elligible to attend traffic school. I suggest paying the fine and attending an online traffic school....they are simple and cheap!

I spent a lot of time speaking with atty's and you are right.
The Frisco judges will side with the officer every time.
I took the deferred route, bit my lip and am moving on.
I am going to get some laser jammers for my car and work truck.

If you see a white 997 in Frisco between now and November 20th
I guarantee you it will be going the speed limit.

 

Yeah I say get a laser jammer or even a good radar detector....I read an article.....no wait maybe saw it on a TV show....anyways there is a rader jammer that fits up inside your bumper so the cops cannot see it. Cause i know either the jammers or the detectors are illegal in CA...I think. Anyways Cops are very smart and they do no turn on their gun until they have a clear shot so the detector is useless. Not only that but now there is Anti-Laser jammer technology and also a Radar dectector dectector. Those coppers are always one upping us!
