How do you care for Carbon Fiber

Mates,

I have retrofitted some CF parts on my 996. How do i keep them from yellowing, and still drive the thing with the top down in the sun?

thanks.

Clear coated? Not unless they came from the factory that way.

Something that protects against UV should help. Not sure if it will protect me in the long run, but I have been using 303 Aerospace cleaner on mine to keep them in top shape (it has an additive that provides some UV protection). I guess time will tell if it does the trick.

This helps along with polishing every once in awhile to keep pores clean
