997 X-51 oil pan ...
Due to my " sometimers ", I am wondering if there was a thread here about using a 997 X-51 oil pan on 996 cars due to there oil starvation issues that have been encountered.
Will that oil pan fit 996 3.6 motor ?

The oil pans and baffles are interchangeable between the 3.4, 3.6 and 3.8.
BTW: is there such a thing as a 997 X51 oil pan? The only thing I am aware of is the 996 X51 Oil Pan...afaik there was no oil pan change on the 997S x-51 option. Could be wrong. let me know if you know different.
