DIY 997 center console removal instructions?

I've spent the last 20 minutes searching the site (DIY sticky; searched center console; etc) and can't come up with instructions on how to remove the center console in a 997. I'm replacing an aftermarket carbon fiber console (which cracked) with an alcantara console and shifter.

If anyone can share or point me in the right direction, I'd greatly appreciate it. Also, any thoughts on how long the job may take?

Thanks in advance for the help.
