Escort 9500ci installation help

I am thinking about installing this radar detector myself on a 2011 Cayenne. Just need help deciding where and how to get the wires from the engine compartment to the inside of the car. Also the best way to power the unit in regards to the fuse box. Any help would be appreciated.

I would use an add a fuse in the glovebox, that will be the easiest way for power (auto parts stores have them for about 10 bucks). As far as getting the wires into the inside, you will just have to find some of the rubber body plugs and pick one to go through. Just cut a small X to pass the wires through, then silicone them when you are done to keep everything water tight.
