autox and PASM
autox and PASM
I have been autoxing P cars for many years but PASM is a first for me.
I drove it for the first autox at the Porsche Parade in Keystone. Did not know which buttons to push for fastest times.
Does anyone have experience with autoxing a 997 with PASM?
Sport or no sport?
PSM off or on?
Shocks hard or soft?

Depends. If the course layout is really bumpy non-sport was faster for me. My car would skitter across the bumps.
Smooth course - PASM on Sport.
PSM off was 2 seconds faster on average on a 60 second course.

I always ran my RS with it on during my first year. I tended to spin with it off. Ran last year and this one with it off. I don't want the car covering up any mistakes I could be making. Got a handful of FTDs this season and last so I guess it is faster with it off.
