NHMS access - how?
NHMS access - how?
It probably applies to any track - so? NHMS track is 2 hours away from my home that is not that bad.
Sad part is that next club DE event there will be in September.
I look at NHMS web site and they state that anybody can participate in open track days if they have either a valid competition license or a certificate from an approved racing school. First is not possible to get but what that second thing is? What racing schools are at NHMS for Porsche cars?
Is there here anybody who has regular access to NHMS track?

cert from a school would be like Skip Barber or similar. I've been going up there for years though and nobody has ever asked to see my licence or cert. I have one, but nobody has ever asked. As long as you are not a menace on the track and are being safe its all good.
We have done track sessions at NHMS and if you show up with a racing rig and a prepared car we have not been asked to produce a license (which most of us have from one group or another).
As it was said as long as you are not a yahoo and your car is not a wreck I think you will be OK
