Wore out my pads at my last track event and there was a shop on hand thank god and all they had was Pagid Yellow RS-29's I believe...the newer Yellows. So they put them in and I beaded them in and went out of the track. WOW what a difference!

Only problem is on the way home the car developed a bad shake in the steering and pulsing in the break pedal during regualr street braking.

I do not think my rotors are warped but that I have some pad material transfer. I am taking my car over to the shop and they are going to try and fix this problem.

I took my car this week to a indy racing very reputable shop here in Tampa and they said I really do not need new rotors because I had uneven pad material transfer from going from the wore out stock pads to the new Pagid yellow RS29 pads.
They ruffed up the pads and rotors and that helped out with some of the vibration under lighter regualr street braking. They said the smoothness will come back with more street driving and I really do not need to spend the $$$ on new rotors yet.

not sure what cup cars are delivered on but i gaurantee you that there isnt 1 running in Grand-AM Rolex(and the GS cars for that matter) or ALMS(RSR) without SS or Teflon lines. Actually, this goes for any car at almost any event. You dont find many competition cars still on rubber lines, if any at all.

I'm sorry, I don't remember what I paid for mine; you'll have to call PF or Arlan Motorsports or some other parts house/tuner/speed shop for a price. I posted Arlan's website link with the pic.

Any suggestions on the flywheel? I've warped 2 from FVD and want to try something new...
I don't know if you have been running aluminum flywheels or not, but if you have, here is another suggestion. Use the GT3 RS (not aluminum) wheel. It is realtively light at 12 lbs. 8 oz. and should stand up well in track service.

Are you absolutly positive the OEM GT# RS wheels is 12.8 lbs?!?!?! That is way lighter than the carbon fiber Dymag. Most of the lightest forgerd wheels I've found even in 18" is 18lbs front and 20ls rear. OEM wheels are cast and usually about 10lbs per wheels heavier.

The Wheeldynamics Race Inc GT3 18" cast OEM replica wheel is very heavy like around 26-31lbs front and rear.

Yes, I'm sure, that is as sure as my scales will allow. I weigh everything that comes off of and goes onto my car. Total weight for stock clutch, pp and dual mass flywheel is 46 lbs. The Sachs clutch, pp and GT3 RS flywheel with ring is 28 lbs. Flywheel alone is 12.5 lbs, or as I put it the first time 12 lbs. 8 oz.

Flywheels, not road wheels.
