No, right now I seriously need to decide on either Volk or CCW 18's and what tires I need to order. I have a track day Sept 15th and am down to the wire.

Unless you've found someone that has the Volks in stock (which I seriously doubt), you should go with the CCW's. The Volks can take up to 9 months to get from Japan. If time wasn't an issue I would say go with the Volks as they are a smidgen lighter, somewhat stronger (ask me how I know) and much easier to clean.

Actually, it's about the Volks. I ran over a good size rock at o'dark thirty on the freeway doing about 80 and put a sizeable dent in the rim (the rock was obviously smaller than my front lip ground clearance, but sizeable nonetheless). The shop I go to was able to work the dent out and the rim has been fine and you can't tell it was ever dented. For giggles I had the rim x-rayed and it was fine.

Before you get your hopes up too high call TR and confirm that they have your size in stock. If they have them you won't regret the purchase.

Great thanks for the info...now I've got to pick eith Toyo RA1 or Nitto NT01 tires. Michelin Sport Cups are on B/O and the new Toyo R888 are to expensive.
