I bought a new one and have not had a bit of trouble in the 2 years or so that I've had it. A buddy of mine bought one 8 years ago and has used it everyday since then with no issues. What happened to yours?

 

I have one and it works great.

 

+1 for endorsement. Wouldn't use anything else. Same for customer service. Have you called them and given them a chance to rectify?

 

I have two these are the best. Deal with the company directly don't screw around with anyone else

Mann...I've had mine for 7 years. It is worth it's weight in gold. Not sure what happened, but when I had to send mine in a couple of years ago, the customer service was awesome. Sorry to hear about your woes. Mike was a member of this site. Good guy. Send him a pm directly if you have not already done so.

Post is well over a month old... Time to let it die. Again, Mike is a member on the boards here, if you haven't reached a conclusion on this try contacting him... He's always seemed like a good guy. After reading your other post it seems you have much more of a problem with Penny, the customer rep than Valentine in general. I wouldn't use anything else.
