I just got a brand new s4 and want to tune it and black it out, here is what im thinking of doing, im new to this (this is my first car) and am wondering what companies and what not i should use.:

* ECU upgrade (wondering what you think the best one is)
* Cold Air Intake (also wondering what you think the best one is)
*Exhaust, want people to hear me from down the street
* Reiger Body kit
* NuTek rims or Savini rims
*Tinted windows
* Tinted tail lights and head lights
* looking for a nice black grill

I live in LA and am wondering if you know any good places that go do all these mods.
