There is no mystery about a stroker. Add your mm to the crank.

I'd love to learn about an affordable stroker kit as well for the 3.4L. A 3.8L kit would be enough! .....did I just say enough, you can NEVER have enough power. A 3.8 would be OK!

racerjsz,

When we stroked Killer Angel, we sent the crank to a shop in the LA area where they stroked the crank. What they do is weld additional metal around the journals and then re grind and then nitrate the crank. I'll get the name of the shop for you.

i think reading about the german tuner Koro offering higher displacement, as well as US tuner Protomotive. may want to contact Protomotive, i think they are probably easier to deal with.

Sorry for the late reply. The crank shop we used was CCR (Custom Crankcase Repair).

Yes Koro offers a 4.6 GT3.

Auto Bild magazine tested it and recorded 0-100km/h 3.8sec, 0-160km/h (0-100mph) 7.5sec and 0-200km/h in 10.9sec, fast or what?

The specs for the motor are 480hp/7300rpm and 500Nm/5000rpm.

9ff do 4.0 kits. According to Porsche that is about the limit.

4.1! I stand correcting myself.

Now this is just silly:

A 4.0 L is accomplished simply by adding 104 mm pistons.
