2013 VW Golf R APR Downpipe, Fuel Pump, ECU Upgrade and VWR Intake

This 2013 Golf R came to us wanting upgrades to both engine and exhaust and for two main reasons: power and performance. So, with a high pressure fuel pump, cold air intake, and down pipe, all provided courtesy of APR, it went from sporty to super sporty in no time.

Parts Installed:
Audi/VW 2.0T FSI High Pressure Fuel Pump Upgrade by APR
VW MK6 ED35/Golf R 2.0T FSI Transverse Cold Air Intake System
VW Golf R/Audi TT AWD Downpipe Only

Side by side with the new APR pump upgrade

All in and ready to go

Now equipped with a Golf R that has a better flowing fuel system, reduced turbo lag, less restricted air flow, and more power, the customer got everything he wanted.

What kind of power improvements does the R see with the addition of these mods on pump gas?

The R sees big gains! Here's a dyno graph of wheel hp vs. stock on 93 octane.
