The Z06 tires were made for Goodyear by Michelin believe it or not.
Michelin was subsequently overwhelmed for requests for this tire-325/30-19- and last October made it available in the Cup series.
They are about $600/tire now.
I believe the GT3 uses this tire as well.
I am putting a set on my 360 as it's a dead on match for the OEM 18".
So look to Michelin.
I hope that there will be enough requests for this tire in the PS2 series as well so there's a bit more tread on the tire.
