To the TireRack customers now and in the future, a thanks..
I just wanted to take a minute and reflect on the last year with you all.
The Tirerack signed on as sponsors of this forum (and Rennlist) back in May of 2005. They were looking for a guy here who wanted the responsibility of being a presence for us and to be the "goto" guy for Porsche related tire/wheel/brake/suspension questions. I saw the opportunity to connect with a specific community and took it, and boy am I glad I did. Over the years I have seen a gradual increase in the amount of inquiries and sales from members here, but this winter season it blew up. To the point I could hardly keep up with it, and it was a great "problem" to have. As a company and an individual we weathered the recession just fine, and we owe a good portion of our success this past year to the members of the forums we sponsor.
So, as we all stop this time of year to be with our families, I want to take a minute to thank you guys on behalf of the company and myself, for your business this year. You guys are my work family, and I'm humbled and honored to be a respected member of this community.
Here's to a healthy and prosperous 2010 to all of you and your families.
