I've sent detailed email inquiries to 2 of the wheel companies that advertize here on a regular basis. Neither one even acknowledged or responded to those inquiries in over 7 days!! WTF is wrong with people in the wheel industry?I just bought a set of wheels for track use from another company on another website.Not going to trash anyone in public but given todays economy I cannot understand companies ignoring customers!!

 

Same goes for me. I called them on the phone, discussed things; and then promptly sent two emails inquiring about more pictures of the wheels. Have yet to get any pics or any responses?

 

Which wheel companies? If you list their names, that will give them a chance to respond and give everyone else who may be waiting on responses an idea of who they're waiting on.

Again, who did you try and talk to?

 

I don't see this thread going anywhere...and naming names is not going to help anyone...you received bad service and went somewhere else...just the way it should be...thread closed
