How different are the compounds between PS Rib and PS2?

How different are the compounds between PS Rib and PS2?
Looking to possibly mix and match PS Ribs (front) with PS2s (rear). Anyone know how different the compounds are and if that would be a problem? PS Ribs have good tread left and manufacturing date is 1308; PS2s would be new. Mainly street driving with occasional HPDE.
