Techart Forumla II Question...Picss

Hey Guys
Not sure if someone can help me out here, I am running a set of Techart Formula II and the chrome lip is dented pretty bad. Wheel is 100% perfect & straight, its just the chrome lip (flange) that's damaged.
I read up on these wheels and apparently they are 2 piece wheels so can anyone tell if these lips can be replaced or repaired?
OR
If I plastidip the chrome lip all black will the damage be less visible??
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Here's a few pics of my car & first pic showing damage on the lip

Its mentioned on Techart's website that these lips are replaceable, anyone know how to go about it?

Old post but I just saw this - the lip cannot be replaced here in North America as far as I know! Needs a special machine and equipment to press it on.

Thanks since the lip is just glued as a added piece. Can I just pull it off somehow and have the wheel repainted?

If I remember correctly, its got a funky attachment ring and some holes behind the lip - I don't think that will look any better
