Opinions?

I can't get my dealership to negotiate this car down enough. I have been trying for over 2 weeks.

1. How much should I pay for this car: 2014 911 Cab Turbo 1700 miles. Listed for $165k

250 - Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK)
342 - Seat heating (front)
352 - Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control (PDCC)
435 - 20" 911 Turbo S Wheels
529 - SportDesign side mirrors
541 - Seat Ventilation (Front)
581 - Luggage net in passenger footwell
583 - Smoking package
602 - LED headlights incl. Porsche Dynamic Light System Plus (PDLS Plus)
625 - Porsche Entry & Drive
630 - Light Design Package
638 - ParkAssist (Front and Rear) incl. Reversing Camera
640 - Sport Chrono Package
658 - Power Steering Plus
970 - Two-tone leather interior
998 - Natural Leather Interior
BH - Natural Leather Interior in Espresso/Cognac
P3M - Burmester® High-End Infotainment Package
XES - Preparation door-sill guards, illuminated
XUB - Headlight Cleaning System Covers in Exterior Color
XUV - Storage Compartment Lid with Model Logo
XXB - Door-Sill Guards in Stainless Steel, Illuminated
Z4 - Basalt Black Metallic

I don't think it should be over 150k. Any additional thoughts? Should I walk? I really like the car. But you can't get emotionally involved. Right?

The price it "should be" is what the market can bear.

Can you find a better deal?

I just paid 180 back in July for a 15 S Cab with similar miles and features.

150 seems a bit low with all those options.

omegaSMP300 will become famous soon enough
What are comparables listed at/selling for? That car seems to be pretty loaded with low miles.

Actually just did a quick search you can find a turbo s coupe for 150. I know cabs command a higher premium (and I'm not a cab guy) but I would want a S personally.

Good luck sir.

There's ALWAYS a next one. It's November. Prices are going down. You have every reason to look for the perfect deal for you and they have every reason to fear you'll do that.

I presume it's obviously CPO. If it isnt, you should obviously walk. CPO costs dealers 3-4k.

MSRP must be close to or higher than a base TTS with all the options. I do not know what is out there, but I would go for a TTS, which has the main optioned items on listed car as stock equipment. $165,000 should be close to a new '15 TTS Cab based on a sale here in the summer. It had almost no options. Just be patient and firm on your price.

MSRP on that exact car was 187,195 and when new there was about 11% in the car from msrp to invoice (166,603). Take into effect depreciation, wear and tear, market conditions etc. my best guess the dealer is into the car (what they paid when it came back via trade/return whatever) is in the 140's unless they did someone a favor. It is a 2 year old car model year wise with the 16's having been on the lot for sometime.

Your 150k ask is the proper ask IMHO but they are sitting on it for more gross, based on your 2 weeks of negotiating. There will probably be a buyer who comes in around 155-158k and snaps it up. Is the 5-8k a deal breaker? If not maybe bump your offer to 153k. Its the end of the month and dealer might want to move the unit out, especially if its been there for a while.

I'd be in the 14X range.

Maybe they had to step up to get it on trade.
