2001 C2 horn not working ?!?
Yesterday when driving to work i needed to honk this guy on a green light. I heard a small beep and nothing more - my horn just stopped working.
I already replaced the fuse and relay but nothing !
I noticed that the horn beeps when i lock the car with the metal key but thats it.
Any remedy for this problem ?

Since you replaced the relay I'm going to guess it's the horn plate located under the airbag on the steering wheel. It has 4 rubber "feet" which may be worn, missing, or loose. If you're going to replace this yourself remember to disconnect the battery to avoid an accidental discharge of the airbag. Cost for this part is about $50 US

Just a tidbit but there are actually three physical horns on the car. The regular horns consists of a low and high frequency horns. There's a separate horn just for the alarm and is on a separate circuit.
If you have a multimeter or voltage tester, you can always measure voltage at the horns to see if its the horns or the hub ring on the steering wheel.

if you don't already have a multi meter its a cheap tool to invest in that will help to track down those electrical gremlins

Additionally, if you had one horn out already, it is possible your second horn died. Do you hear anything when pressing the horn inset on the steering wheel? If so it's likely the horn. If nothing, then it could be the relay or ?
