Finally working on my small shop!!!

Small metal building. 2" rigid foam insulation. Now starting to frame for walls and ceiling. R-13 batt going on the ceiling. And blown cellulose will be going in the wall cavity. The finish detail will look like the inside of a million dollar home. Stay tune for more pic.

Are you attaching the 2x4 walls studs to the external metal wall at all?

Sorry to ask 1000 questions - do you mind sharing how you attached the 2x4's to the metal studs? I have a shed now that I am considering knocking over and putting up a metal structure in my back yard.

Thanks!

It's kind of like a fire block. The c-periling for the metal building was up 5' off the ground. So in between the 2x4 studs we attached 2 2x4 screwing the first 2x4 to the metal using 2 3/4" self taping flat headed Phillips screws. U can get them at lowes, home depot ect. You only need to do this every 3rd one. Ask any questions you want. Or if u need a pic of anything let me know. We are almost done drywalling. Will be posting more pic on mon.
