Would you recommend a GT3 for street use only?

I'm considering trading my 2003 C4S for a GT3but I'm kind of unsure how suitable/practical a GT3 might be for a street-use only Sunday driver.

Can the GT3 owners give me some feedback of the pros vs. cons of the C4S vs. GT3 for street use.

Thanks!

John

it is a street car with race car heritage. it's designed to be used on the street.

just make sure you know exactly what compromises you'll be making.

Problem with the GT3 and everyday driving isn't so much the street, the ride is jarring yet supple, it's the driveways. Any transitional incline greater than 5º and the front spoiler will scrape; go in at an angle to avoid scraping and you torque the frame, as there's very little suspension travel.

You can use it everyday but Porsche says these cars will last 150k miles. The annoyance would be the rough handling and getting into driveways.
