A shiny, green toy awaits military serviceman on active duty after his tour ends.
If there’s one way to make sure your 2018 is going to go well, buying yourself an Aston Martin is one heck of a way to do it. Even better, for 6SpeedOnline forum member Z71TahoeEX, it comes with an abundance of other good news as well.
First, we’ll start with the car. Normally, buying an Aston Martin is already quite an occasion, but interestingly, Z71TahoeEX won’t even be able to see the car he’s bought for quite some time. Since he’s on active duty, everything had to be remotely done from overseas. But as things turn out, this 10K mile example was the completion of a longtime dream come true.
Colored in Aston Martin Racing Green, this 2012 Vantage S was the right choice. According to Z71TahoeEX, forum members had steered him in the right direction with valuable inputs. After passing a pre-purchase inspection with flying colors, he jumped on the opportunity to buy it. With a father willing to help with taking delivery of the car, everything fell perfectly into place.
On top of the Aston Martin acquisition, Z71TahoeEX also is going to enter the United States Marine Corps reserves in April, and has been accepted to Columbia College for grad school. While he may still be in Afghanistan, he’ll get to enjoy his gift to himself soon. Looks like 2018 will be the best year ever.
