Based upon 964-era Porsche 911, Everrati 911 EV restored from the ground-up, electric motor delivers 500 horsepower, 369 lb-ft of torque.

The electric revolution is underway. With each passing year, more and more models from our favorites leave gasoline behind for the promise of electricity. What once belonged to Tesla alone now includes Jaguar, Mercedes-Benz, and Porsche among the list of names.

Of course, this means one day, your classic will either go on permanent static display, or need a transplant. Motor1 reported of one such company ready to future-proof 964-era Porsche 911s. Say hello to the Everrati 911.

“Sustainability, preservation of history, soul, emotion, beauty, passion,” Everrati founder Justin Lunny wrote in the brochure. “Everrati delivers the ultimate fusion of craftsmanship and cutting edge technology packaged in some of the world’s most iconic cars.”

Built in London, the restomod Porsche starts with a 964, like the 1991 example here. From there, it’s stripped to the bone, paint and all. Then, it’s a matter of choosing which package will transform the 911. The Signature trim tosses out the wings, doors, roof, hood and ducktail for carbon fiber pieces (the roof option only available if the original didn’t have a sunroof).

The centerpiece of Everrati’s take on the Porsche, though, is the electric powertrain. Replacing the flat-six, both Pure and Signature trims deliver 440 horses and 339 lb-ft of torque to the road. Add the company’s performance pack to the Signature trim, though, and you’ll have 500 horsepower and 369 lb-ft of torque to rock your world. The company says you’ll be hitting 60 in under four seconds with the pack, though your range drops 30 miles in exchange (150 miles compared to the base 180 miles).

“The Signature widebody has the essence of an iconic 911, in terms of its rear-biased weight distribution and the ‘feel’ of its controls, brought right up to date thanks to the incredible performance from its electric powertrain,” Lunny says. “In this way, it is great to think that future generations will still be able to enjoy the 964 in an era of zero-emission mobility.”

You can have Everrati make your Porsche 964 electric starting at $284,000. Deliveries set to start in late 2021.
