Imagine yourself in a Porsche 918. It’s one of only three hybrid hypercars on the planet at the moment. It’s faster than a Bugatti Veyron, and looks absolutely spectacular. Plus, top exit exhausts.

The McLaren P1 GTR costs $2 million. You can’t drive it on the roads. It has 986 horsepower from the dual electric gas turbocharged V8 engine. And has the ability to warp both time and space.

If you ever wanted any of the new Pagani Huayras then you’re out of luck. This last week Pagani announced that the entire production allotment of Huayras have been sold out.

In that category of glorious noise, the Porsche 918 definitely takes the cake.

I’m not sure how many of you know who the British automaker Lister actually is, but for now, they are the ones aiming at creating a brand new multi-million dollar hypercar.

Love it or hate it, it’s looking more and more certain that Nissan’s next GT-R will be helped along by some form of hybrid motor.
