Rear hatch will not latch

Rear hatch will not latch
2014 991.1 Turbo.
I opened the rear hatch to fill some oil using the switch to the left of the driver's seat. When I tried to close the hatch aftwards, it would not latch shut and instead stays open. The rear hatch switch makes the normal sound that it always did. I did take a video showing the latch area while activating the switch. Any idea what may be going on?
