Anyone know where this 944 nose comes from?

Anyone know where this 944 nose comes from?
I was digging around eBay last night and came across this photo. The car is sold (and rough!) but I'm wondering about the bumper/spoiler. It is clearly made to fit the 944 but I have never seen one like this.
Anybody know where it comes from?

Thanks, but I've looked at their stuff (again, just now) and this is not from there. The one-piece front end (which include fenders) aren't legal for PCA racing whereas this one is just the bumper/spoiler, which would be.

It's Kokeln, it's ugly, and does absolutely nothing extra for cooling other than disrupt airflow on the front end. You'd be better off with a stock replacement with some proper ducting. The one piece GT front end is PCA legal, just depends on your class

It's legal in F class which is the most "stock" class a 944T or S2 can run in. From there up there are no restrictions on which front bumper you run.

Actually, they've changed the rules about front ends
For 2007 they made it more specific and more restrictive. It now reads like this (the underlining is mine):
Spoilers and bumpers/air dams are free providing they do not exceed maximum factory body width by any amount, maximum factory body length by more than 1 inch, or maximum spoiler height of the vehicle by more than 6 inches. Turn signals, headlights, running lights and tail lights must be retained in any bumper replacement. Rear spoilers incorporated into deck lids are allowed, but any stock component mounted to the deck lid must be retained.
So, what this says is most of the replacement bumpers out there won't work because of the need for all the lights.
Personally, I think this is incredibly stupid...having the lights just adds more glass (or plastic) that can be broken and spread around the track. On the other hand, I don't know that it's any stupider than requiring we retain all the flammable carpeting and other interior materials, too.
I wish PCA would go to a power-to-weight ratio for all their stock classes like NASA GTS has done, or a maximum horsepower value like 944 Spec and SuperCup have done and let us strip out the cars if we want to.
