No I think the consensus is that the older guys just dig the looks of wheels that look period correct on the car.
I'm a young guy and I think the wheels in the above pic are sweet, however they don't capture the essence of where the slant nose came from.
The original 935's had 19" rear wheels with 16" centers that were 15" wide (I have them on my car). So its not about the size as it is about the style, BBS styled rim halves would look great to the "old guy eyes" but since the newer generations haven't seen these cars the way they were originally setup, most don't have the same visual expectations as the guys who watched these monsters race about at Lemans, Sebring & Daytona.

Yeah...I'm an old guy but those big *** wheels wouldn't work on a stock 930 body. This car has had major body changes that allow the 9" fronts and the 12 inch rears. They would have never fit in a stock 930....maybe the body on this slant nose is all aftermarket....(but the car is still awesome looking)....Pipes

So it dyno's over 700 HP....but what kind of weight is she and what kind speeds does she make??? Give me some numbers!!!! Can she do 0-60 in 4 seconds??? I still don't like the 18's on her.....they don't look natural....my opinion for what it's worth, Pipes.
