Well, to put a fine point on it, I haven't installed it yet. The parts are sitting in my garage. But I'm sure leaning that way

I don't think I'll have the courage to change the waste gate spring now, or perhaps ever, but it sounds very appealing. Does it change the power curve or just amplify it? That is, do you sense the turbo boost coming on earlier or is the kick just greater when it does. The 'lag' or time when the turbo becomes effective is legend, fun, but most times if feels like the car is NA.

Sorry for taking so long to reply. Thank you. The headlights are Bosch (Part #0-301-800-103 "Headlight assembly for Porsche 911"). They made a huge difference. Look exactly stock but offers much safer driving at night. I have an Audi RS4 and this car that I juggle as daily drivers. So safety was a priority, as I sometimes work late into the night. The 1.05 bar waste-gate spring is a must. It's actually an OEM part offered by Porsche and was found in Euro-spec Turbos (Porsche weakened US-specs to .8 bar due to lawsuits). In my case, during install, they noticed my waste-gate was cracked. So before the spring change, mine wasn't even reaching .8 bar (US stock specs). With the new waste-gate and 1.05 bar spring, the car is noticeably faster. Not significantly, but noticeably. It did not reduce lag, but made the motor feel stronger (more *****!) when the Turbo starts to kick in. IMO, it's perfect. It's not as fast as my GT3-RS, but feels faster during full pull than my RS4. My 930 is my favorite to drive on the street. I think it's an easy and cheap way to make your car perform as it was designed (vs. watered down for US legal reasons). And I feel it does not really count as a "mod" as it's stock equipment (vs. an after-market turbo or exhaust, etc.). Also, I would suggest you lower and get a more aggressive alignment. This will offer improved handling for increased control and balance when pushing it. Cheers - Laguna Dude
