Mat Lowrance was running around in an ~850 hp car, depending on boost, that weighed under 2k lbs (still street legal). I understand he needed to run on bias ply slicks on the street to have any hope of putting any power down anywhere. Traction limited to well above 100...
My Noble M400 modded to an "M600"
(with stock Garrett GT28R turbo's upgraded to GT28RS's with boost up to 1.35BAR, making 560/573 RWHP on 93/100 octane for >600crankHP/metric tonne) can spin its Yoko AO48's (295's in back) in fourth gear up to 100mph due to its light weight.
Good to see you here David. Your car is one beautiful aircooled monster.
I am on the move and have no data with me, but I can confirm that your 60-130mph was good, just send a PM to Divexxtreme and he will add you to the list. Maybe I can find the jpeg from the run and post it here.
BTW guys a 6.5 second 60-130mph is insane fast. His run was made with two gear shifts, there are only 2-3 runs faster than his I think with 2 shifts. Cheers

I think this is the car: 60-130 mph http://www.klsales.com/porsche/video8.mpg David? If so, it's a monster! I would hate to have a handful of that boost hit me coming out of a turn.
Air-cooled single turbo Pcars w/ rwd will separate the men from the boys..really quick.

hey Steve k, it's very possible to have traction problems even at those speeds, I recall roadtesting a GT2 that we upgraded using some EVO products, the car stepped out on me as I was sweeping past 120, needless to say, you need to be ready when that happens, for the adrenaline rush that is.
