733 rwhp 930 dyno....
Very very impressive. This is a gentlemans car from RL. They say he has some great 60-130 #'s but I could not find them.

Not gearing, just power and (lack of) weight. You wouldn't be surprised if say a 993 GT2 street car spun tires up to 60 mph... If you double the power to weight (ie 800+ hp at 2500 lbs) you simply double the speed it will break the tires loose. Mat Lowrance was running around in an ~850 hp car, depending on boost, that weighed under 2k lbs (still street legal). I understand he needed to run on bias ply slicks on the street to have any hope of putting any power down anywhere. Traction limited to well above 100...
Hi everyone, I have not been on this forum and normally post on Rennlist. I was looking at a post on rennllist that brought me to this forum. I started to look around and saw the post on my Dyno runs so here I am. My car is an 89 930 with a 3.4. Traction is non existant in first and second will spin but hold with 315-30x18 Mitchelin Pilot sport cups. This car truly changed in how it hooks up when I changed to a Quaife dif with 50-50 traction to the rear tires. I did a run with a video camera running on a cold day with around a 5 sec time. This was disputed because of inaccuracies and ran another time with an X22 data recorder on a hot day in Florida and posted the 6.5sec 60 to 130 time. Nice Forum!
