I saw the same exact car you did. That is where my car is coming from. Awesome wasn't it? One of the best features is the big wide rear wheel arches. Makes the car look absolutely burly. The black painted inner section of the CL wheels is a nice counterpoint to the polished outer. Really showcased the huge brake discs. The front rotors are big as a large pizza.

But there are some nice tax benefits associated with both buying and leasing cars that are used for business purposes when you own a company! I bought a "farm vehicle" this year and got a nice tax deduction - a 2013 BMW X5. Qualifies as it's GVWR is in excess of 6,000 lbs. I also took a section 179 accelerated depreciation deduction on another car this year. And of course my latest purchase - a 997.2 Turbo S - is subject to a used car "lease" in which I will deduct 95% of the lease payments.

So don't let the man stick it to you anymore - go out and buy/lease some nice cars!
Just curious how do you justify "business use" of a 997 Turbo? My CPA told me that my 997 TT couldn't be deducted because he felt it was in the realm of buying a Ferrari and couldn't justify business use. Maybe I need to hire your firm as my CPA!

I'm on a second allocation and haven't decided on colors yet, but its either white or rhodium. How did that white look in the "real"

I am leaning towards the silver but thought the white looked wicked in the red-black combo. White does have a tendency to look larger than the darker colors. This will be my first Porsche and will hopefully keep it a long time, so color choice is so important.

Love the looks of the 991's but not a fan of those wheels or the air induction side vents. The 997's looked far better. These look like the 996 vents.
